²       Pay 100RMB registration fee 1 g$ @3 F" {' ^
100元的报名费。
²       Give 2 contact names, telephone numbers and email addresses
填写2个可联系的名字、手机电话及电子邮件地址。厦门越野联盟: `1 j1 ?  ]% B8 H6 r
²       Give the name of their team  2 N# U2 q$ m) s- [0 h  @, Q, g. p7 x
填写球队的名字。

To register go to Xiada University football pitches on Saturday 10th, 17th and 24th November 2007 between 2pm and 4pm! V. S: V: |. O$ l" w

Registration fees are non-refundable
注册费用为不退还。

In the case of the tournament being cancelled teams will be contacted and given the choice of a full refund or to enter the next tournament.& e) B" [, p, e5 p2 j" f5 p

STAGE 1 – THE GROUP STAGE
第一阶段：小组循环赛：

The 16 teams will be split into 4 groups with 4 teams in each group.

During Stage 1 each team will play 3 matches.

The Winner and Runner Up from each group will progress to stage 2

In the event of teams tieing with the same goal difference, the team that has scored the most goals will come higher

In the event of teams having the same goal difference and having scored the same number of goals, a penalty contest will be held to decide which will come higher
当两支球队积分相同并且进球数一样多时，将进行一场点球比赛来决定谁将得到更高的排名。

STAGE 2 – THE KNOCKOUT STAGE

During stage 2 if a match finishes level, penalties will be used to decide the winner

l       Each team can have a maximum of 2 substitutes (Squad size maximum of 8 players)
每支球队最多可以拥有2名替补球员。厦门越野联盟) ~) y/ ?) e3 R5 {& H  Q( r! c

l       Each team can make as many substitutions as they want in a game.& c6 l& t7 X# ~. K0 i+ Y' @
每支球队都可以无限次数的替换球员。

l       Substitutions can only occur when the ball is out of play

l       Instead of throw-ins there are kick-ins

l       There are no corner kicks only goal kicks

l       Players are allowed to enter the penalty area

l       The ball is allowed over head height
允许传过顶球。

l       After a goal has been scored the ball must be placed on the center spot and the match restarted.
