When registering each team must:

100元的报名费。

STAGE 1 – THE GROUP STAGE/ k+ p& f5 A7 A* J

The 16 teams will be split into 4 groups with 4 teams in each group.  9 s$ L# S& G+ I. G7 ?

Goal difference (goals for and against) will be recorded.

In the event of teams tieing with the same goal difference, the team that has scored the most goals will come higher  / [: {& k* {( r. R' {# P
当两支球队积分相同时，哪只球队的进球数多，那支球队将会排在前面。

In the event of teams having the same goal difference and having scored the same number of goals, a penalty contest will be held to decide which will come higher / S) A) G0 g6 ^% B7 X
当两支球队积分相同并且进球数一样多时，将进行一场点球比赛来决定谁将得到更高的排名。

STAGE 2 – THE KNOCKOUT STAGE5 J  {' V3 @& \5 _% @' C

During stage 2 if a match finishes level, penalties will be used to decide the winner  : v2 D" U, ?+ I( \
如果比赛到最后还是平局时，将使用点球决定胜负。

COMPETITION RULES; `# R' h: t& S* i0 ]$ W

l       The football matches are all 6 a side% R- w7 N2 W* E' M) Y7 v! @
所有的比赛全部为6人制。

l       When playing each team is to have 1 goalkeeper and 5 outfield players.5 Z3 J0 M) l, S, I5 t
比赛中每支球队将会有一名守门员及5名场上球员。

l       Each team can have a maximum of 2 substitutes (Squad size maximum of 8 players)0 H4 `' b" q  h8 R/ H

l       Each team can make as many substitutions as they want in a game.

l       Players from each team must wear the same coloured shirts

l       In the event of penalties needed to decide a game

u       If the scores are still level then sudden death will apply.

l       The referees decision is final
