When registering each team must:
当球队注册的时候必须注意如下事项：& p7 w; B: y' Q$ N' e
²       Pay 100RMB registration fee 厦门越野联盟2 a( j& x+ Z( g& o2 z; U
100元的报名费。2 Y* Y' h/ o3 [9 z$ `
²       Give 2 contact names, telephone numbers and email addresses
填写2个可联系的名字、手机电话及电子邮件地址。2 t: b; S) D, V% u) n
²       Give the name of their team
填写球队的名字。/ \7 |" V: l$ o2 g4 _& @1 k8 o0 B, I

To register go to Xiada University football pitches on Saturday 10th, 17th and 24th November 2007 between 2pm and 4pm6 I2 j! O4 W/ K9 g
请于2007年11月的10号、17号及24号下午2点到4点间到厦门大学足球队处报到。7 M  h5 z* c  h* a. n; k- Q4 y

Registration fees are non-refundable

STAGE 1 – THE GROUP STAGE( h& ?0 I6 o! y( p( \- {
第一阶段：小组循环赛：4 y: ?* W& ]8 t8 a, z

The 16 teams will be split into 4 groups with 4 teams in each group.
16支球队将被分成4个小组，每组4支球队。

During Stage 1 each team will play 3 matches.
每队在小组中将进行3场比赛。

The Winner and Runner Up from each group will progress to stage 2

In the event of teams tieing with the same goal difference, the team that has scored the most goals will come higher  1 ?! y0 y9 _7 o1 B" A8 @  r
当两支球队积分相同时，哪只球队的进球数多，那支球队将会排在前面。

In the event of teams having the same goal difference and having scored the same number of goals, a penalty contest will be held to decide which will come higher 1.jeeplive.com" v" x* d2 {! p5 p* c6 d: q

On the day of the competition please arrive at the football pitches by 8.30

STAGE 2 – THE KNOCKOUT STAGE/ `- Q# ^: H  e! _  o: F
第二阶段：淘汰赛：

During stage 2 if a match finishes level, penalties will be used to decide the winner  - v) }" y4 S8 {
如果比赛到最后还是平局时，将使用点球决定胜负。

COMPETITION RULES
竞赛规则：
l       The football matches are all 6 a side
所有的比赛全部为6人制。

比赛中每支球队将会有一名守门员及5名场上球员。

l       Each team can have a maximum of 2 substitutes (Squad size maximum of 8 players). m2 N/ C( Z: i; ]

l       Each team can make as many substitutions as they want in a game.
每支球队都可以无限次数的替换球员。

l       Substitutions can only occur when the ball is out of play

l       Each game lasts 10 minutes with no half time.

当球出界时，球员必须用脚将球踢进场内而不是用手掷入场内

l       The ball is allowed over head height

l       Any player sent off will be excluded from the rest of the competition

l       There is no offside rule
无越位规则。

l       Players from each team must wear the same coloured shirts
各队的队员必须穿着相同色彩的球衣进行比赛。

点球罚球将在禁区的边缘处进行。

l       In the event of penalties needed to decide a game

u       If the scores are still level then sudden death will apply.
