1. Recruit staff for the restaurant.<br>o,NUyM&i4V@{.u1V
2. Work on the restaurant menu.<br>V.N-_WF:t
3. Document the menu recipes in English and Chinese.<br>h

4. Find suppliers for the restaurant.<br>XxJ KP1r
5. Public relations and advertising.<br>9[+f9[N2x5k$w#_*`

7. Other duties as requested by the Director.<br>

1. Verbal and Written English as communication with foreigners is required.<br>~&G%PSLU$O
2. Computer literacy in WORD, EXCEL and E-mailing (i.e. Express Outlook).<br>R4YF8Q/A{L
3. Preference will be given to candidates who have had experience in the hospitality industry, specifically in restaurant management.<br>wLLa'Q
